I was playing with this pattern, but instead of the square, I made these 4 little brooches. 4 little bears.
I used 100% cotton thread 530m / 100g, so the teddy bears turned out quite small, about 3.5 cm.
My Primavera flowers baby blanket is progressing well, I made 67 squares, and have to make 13 more. There will be 80 squares. I haven’t decided on border yet, so these days I’m going to explore the Internet, especially Pinterest (my favorite place to get lost…)

Thank you so much for this great bear square tutorial. And the littles bear-brooches are so cute.
I'm thinking, you are doing the backside like the "non teddy bear" square and crochting the ears on the frontside before you are putting the two pieces together. But how do you add the two parts together? Could you please help me? Thanks a lot.

These are too cute. I'm going to try my hand at a little change purse using this pattern. If it comes out I'll send you a picture.

It's not quite what I wanted but this is the first attempt. For the back I used the same pattern, I just skipped your second row so after 6 sc in the ring I did 2 in each stitch. Then I just crocheted them together with stitching over the bottom of the ears. I think this one will be turned into an actual bear, as a change purse it doesn't work too well.
Anyway, here are the pics.
