Into the woods blanket is a modern crochet blanket with very interesting texture, and it’s quite simple to make. It’s very soft and warm, which makes it a perfect handmade baby shower gift. You can make it with any yarn.
Crochet hook: 2.5 mm
Size: 85 x 67 cm (33” x 26”) without tassels
The blanket is worked back and forth in rows.
Yarn:
Alize Angora Gold – color beige no. 599
100 g/550 m (3.58 Oz/601 yds) 80% Acrylic, 20% Wool
You’ll need:
● 3 skeins of Alize Angora Gold beige no. 599
● approximately 250 g or 1375 m for blanket and 15 g or 85 m for tassels.
The pattern has:
- a row-by-row written pattern
- a step-by-step picture tutorial for the first 15 rows
- a step-by-step picture tutorial on how to make tassels
- 4 crochet charts and 2 diagrams.
Weldy Shawl is a beautiful, simple, elegant and easy to make.
The size: It’s 170 cm (67”) wide and 80 cm (31.5”) long, after blocking. It’s quite big, but you can easily make it smaller if you make fewer repeats.
Crochet hook: 2.5 mm
Stitches: magic ring, chain stitch, single crochet, double crochet, bobble stitch, front post treble crochet
Yarn:
Alize Angora Gold - color 599 - 100 g/550 m (3.58 Oz/601 yds)
80% Acrylic, 20% Wool
You’ll need 3 skeins of 100g – approximately 280 g or 1540m
